A great new amenity for our tenants at First Central Tower in Downtown St Pete!
Who knew getting your nails done could be hazardous to your health? Paint Nail Bar St. Pete owners Tom and Lauren Hoehn — and decided to do something about it.
Their luxury nail bar just recently debuted in the Burg and it’s replete with products free of toxic ingredients typically responsible for deteriorating nail health — that means 5-free.
Highest quality, vegan-friendly products
Full disclosure: We had no idea what 5-free meant at the start, and maybe that’s part of the problem. 5-free means the polishes don’t contain formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, camphor, or DHP. So if you have skin sensitivities or allergies, these products are completely safe to use.
The nail bar even offers vegan-friendly products that uphold the highest health and sterilization standards. That’s right, feel good about feeling good. We’re here for that.
Also, for those apprehensive to visit a nail salon because of the overwhelming smell, you won’t have that problem at Paint. The nail bar’s products and services are totally fume free so you can breathe deep while you luxuriate.

Innovators and entrepreneurs, the Hoeh’s affair with nail care goes back years. They both wanted to create an affordable salon that could still offer quality services. They saw a hole in the market and filled it. Paint makes your mani-pedi an indulgence you can afford on a regular basis.
Their wide swath of services range from $10 for a 15-minute soak off, to $86 for a two hour gel mani and gel pedi.
Paint’s St. Pete location is its seventh in Florida. The growth is fully indicative of the success of their treatments.
One service that seems tailor-made for the St. Pete professional is The Lucky Split. It takes less than an hour and includes polish removal, cuticle treatment, nail maintenance, and the client’s choice of polish or a high-shine buff.
Main-pedis for adults and kids
Want to enjoy a day out with your daughter? Mini paints are designed for girls 12 and under and include gentle cuticle care, a warm towel treatment, massage, and polish application.
There’s also prime opportunities for nail technicians — each are given an hourly rate in addition to their commission. It’s a business committed to serving, satisfying and beautifying their clients.
If you’ve never gotten a mani or pedi before, we recommend you treat yourself ASAP.
